The Royal Purnama, an exclusive beachfront boutique resort (48 luxury Art Suites and Villas with ultimate F&B and Spa facilities) located at Sukawati, Gianyar is looking for candidates to fill in the following position:
1. Revenue Manager
2. Social Media Manager
3. Sales & Event Manager
4. Sales for Spa
5. Spa Therapist
6. Pastry Staff (Male)
7. Engineering - Daily Worker
8. Spa Therapist - Daily Worker
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or reputable hospitality establishment (Positions 1, 2 & 3).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or reputable hospitality establishment (Positions 4, 5, & 6).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel, luxury resort, or reputable hospitality establishment (Positions 7 & 8).
- Relevant knowledge and skills in the applied position, with a strong understanding of operational standards and professional practices.
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, particularly for managerial and guest-facing positions.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Professional, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Able to join immediately.
