1. Purchasing
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts
- Create purchase requests and process product reorders
- Sources, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and quality
- Ensure timely availability of products and operational suppliers
- Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and supplier documentation
- Track purchasing budgets and prepare inventory & purchasing reports
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing or Procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google sheets with strong analytical skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
- Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing process is a plus
