This role is ideal for a bakery professional who thrives in a luxury hotel environment and is committed to delivering exceptional quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring standard product quality and presentation
- Produce a wide range of bakery items including artisan breads, viennoiserie, and pastries
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Lead, train, and motivate commis and demi chef within the bakery section
- Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and culinary team on menu development and special events
