Qualifications:
- Indonesian nationality with a degree in hospitality or business management
- Has minimum 4 (four) years experience in managerial position in 4/5 stars hotel
- Strong in leadership and business acumen
- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
- Positive attitude
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
- Experience in a sales role with proven track record to closed a sale
