We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to support our growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a headhunting company or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in recruitment, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes and relevant platforms/tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Up-to-date understanding of the latest trends and technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet hiring deadlines.
- Skilled in building and maintaining a strong talent pool and candidate database.
