We are looking for a General Affair Supervisor to support our growth in Bali.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma of Bachelor’s degree in tourism & hospitality management
- At least 1 (one) year of experience as Purchasing Supervisor or in similar role at 5-star hotel
- Understands 5-star hotel procurement Sops and standards (contracts, SLAs, and vendor legality)
- Knowledgeable about linen quality standards and professional laundry processes
- Familiar with inventory systems, stock control, and warehouse management
- Understands budgeting and cost control principles
- Capable of supervising, coaching, empowering, and coordinating team members
- Responsible for the purchasing process; selecting, evaluating, auditing, and maintaining relationship with vendors, as well as analyzing purchasing needs quickly and accurately according to policies
- Manages inventory, including warehouse organization, storage, and minimum stock levels
- Provides purchasing reports, monitors budgets, and handles delays, returns, and damaged goods with effective solutions.
