We are looking for a Engineering Staff for a new residence in Seminyak.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel; fresh graduates with 6 months OJT or Daily Worker experience preferred.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Conduct routine checks and minor repairs on all facilities and MEP equipment.
- Properly use tools and follow safety procedures (K3).
- Maintain all utility systems (AC, electricity, water, ventilation, pumps, lighting, TV, telephone, minibar, water heater, bathtub, jacuzzi, private pool) in optimal condition.
- Record and report damages requiring further action to Supervisor/Chief Engineer via hotel system (iSort).
- Observant in detecting potential issues before affecting guest comfort.
- Handle repair requests, complaints, and maintenance reports quickly and accurately.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to support smooth hotel
