We are looking for a Public Area Engineering Supervisor to support our growth in Bali.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- At least 1 (one) year of experience as a Public Area Supervisor or in a similar role at a 5-star hotel
- Neat and professional appearance
- Knowledgeable in the maintenance and repair of assets as well as MEP and operational equipment in public areas
- Skilled in public area cleaning techniques and sanitation methods that meet 5-star hotel hygiene standards
- Proficient in maintaining MEP equipment in public areas
- Familiar with 5-star hotel cleanliness and aesthetic standards for public areas
- Skilled in managing team tasks and public area work plans
- Capable of supervising, coaching, empowering, and coordinating team members
- Observant or potential hazards (slippery floors, damaged facilities)
- Possesses strong technical skills in Public Area & Pool MEP
- skilled in managing tasks and work plans based on operational needs, especially for team members
