We are looking for a Purchasing Staff for a new Residence in Bali.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) preferably Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Accounting, Administration, or Management with at least 1 year of experience in Purchasing / Procurement, ideally in hospitality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), VHP, and email, with knowledge of basic purchasing administration and stock recording
- Prepare and manage purchase requests and orders to approved vendors, including quotation comparisons and maintaining accurate purchasing records
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, purchasing only through registered vendors and following proper procedures
- Report purchase results, price comparisons, and order status to the General Affairs Supervisor, while maintaining integrity, attention to detail and discipline
