We are looking for a Bookkeeper Supervisor to support our growth in Bali.
Requirements:
- Proficient in basic accounting (general journal, financial statements, cash reports) and understands basic taxation related to hotel transactions
- Skilled in using the VHP (Visual Hotel Program) system and excel or equivalent accounting software; experienced with VHP and proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookup)
- Performs reconciliation of modules with the general ledger (GL) and prepares monthly and annual financial statements
- Holds a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Hospitality, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping / finance, preferably in a hotel
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure
