We are looking for a Engineering Staff to support our growth in Bali.
Requirements:
- Minimum SML/D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields; at least 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel. Fresh graduates welcome with OJT/DW experience
- Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting: plan and perform preventive maintenance and basic MEP troubleshooting for guest rooms, villas, and public areas
- Facilities checks & minor repairs: conduct regular inspections and minor repairs on room and public area facilities (AC, plumbing, lighting, lifts, pumps, electrical, appliances) without disturbing guest comfort.
- Reporting & coordination: record and report serious damages via hotel systems and coordinate with supervisors/PM teams for follow-up actions
- Professionalism & safety: Maintain professional appearance, communicate courteously with guests and staff, and adhere to safety (K3) standards during all maintenance activities
