1. Reservation Manager
General Requirements:
- Minimum three year’s experience as a Reservation Manager or senior reservations leader in a genuine five star hotel or resort
- Fluent written dan spoken English
- Exceptional customer service through WhatsApp, email, and telephone
- Strong experience managing international guests
- Excellent knowledge of PMS, OTAs, direct bookings, payments, booking amendments, upselling and pre arrival communication
- Highly organized, accurate, and capable of managing multiple enquiries within seconds and provide complete responses as quickly as possible
- Available for an immediate start
