4. Commis Hot Kitchen - Daily Worker
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality industry. (1,2,3)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MEP systems, including electrical systems, plumbing, pumps, water supply, hot water systems, air conditioning, ventilation, drainage, and wastewater treatment systems. (1)
- Experienced in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, defect management, and technical project coordination. (1)
- Good understanding of basic IT and networking infrastructure, including internet connectivity, routers, access points, Wi-Fi systems, and network coverage. (1)
- Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, hotel branding, and digital customer journeys. (2)
- Manage and optimize all online sales channels, including the official website, OTAs, booking platforms, and booking engine. (2)
- Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, direct bookings, and revenue. (2)
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising. (2)
- Proficient in the installation and troubleshooting of IP and analog CCTV systems. (3)
- Proficient in LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, access points, and internet networks. (3)
- Good understanding of IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN, and basic network troubleshooting. (3)
- Previous experience in a hot kitchen or similar position is preferred. (4)
- Basic knowledge of hot kitchen operations and food preparation. (4)
- Able to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety standards. (4)
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
