Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry (Certified)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills (1)
- Good knowledge of building maintenance systems (AC Spilt & Cassette, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, etc.)
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule (2)
- Discipline, hardworking, and eager to learn
