1. Account Receivable
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of experience in an Accounts Receivable position, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in using VHP (Visual Hotel Program), especially the AR and Finance modules
- Strong understanding of billing processes, aging reports, and guest/company receivables handling
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and has strong analytical skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines and coordinate effectively with both operational and finance teams at hotel units
- Good communication skills, disciplined, and high level of integrity
- Willing to travel for business purposes to hotel properties when required.
