1. Business Development Hotel Management & Investment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, business, or related fields
- Min. 4-7 years in Hotel Development / BD
- Experience in Hotel Management Contracts (HMA)
- Strong finance analysis & negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, willing to travel!
Key responsibilities:
- Identify secure new hotel projects
- Conduct feasibility studies & ROI analysis
- Negotiate management & franchise agreements
- Develop investment proposal & pitch decks
