- Surabaya, Bogor, Batu Licin - South Kalimantan, Sumenep - East Java, Palembang - South Sumatera
General Requirement:
- At least 3 years of experience as Hotel Manager
- College degree in a related discipline preferred
- Outstanding leadership abilities
- Outstanding Sales & Marketing skills
- Excellent management of Human Resources & Talent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Must be a highly organized person with strong planning skills
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Goal and results oriented
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
