Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Culinary Arts / Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
- Familiar with Rahpsody System
- Strong understanding of restaurant, banquet, and service operations
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage cost control, inventory, and budgeting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skill and a team player
- Has good personality and attitude
- Result oriented, flexible in time, career development oriented
