General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Sales & Marketing or related field.
- 3 years related experience, including management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Liaise with the sales team, Wyndham Global Sales team in procurement of the business.
- Manage all catering sales department employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Strong leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results
