General Requirement:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position, with a strong track record in marketing strategy, business development, brand communication, public relations, and digital marketing
- Preferably experienced in the hospitality industry, especially in 4-star hotel or equivalent
- Proficient in designing and managing promotional campaigns, both offline and online, including social media and hotel websites
- Participation in training, or possession of professional certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or public relations will be a significant advantage
