1. FB Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position or strong track record as a busser and/or runner in a restaurant for at least 3 years
- Strong leadership and team management skill
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, coaching, and counseling skills
- Strong analytical skills & strategic thinking, high attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas, improve service standards streamline operations, and create memorable guest experiences
- Sales oriented mindsets with the ability to upsell menu items, maximize revenue opportunities, and contribute to achieving departmental targets
- Proven problem solving ability, capability of identifying root causes, making quick decisions, and implementing practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate with knowledge of POS, industry related software desired
- Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Able to multi-task and priorities tasks consistent with business objectives
- English is a must (written & spoken)
