Qualification:
- Proficient in using OTA extranet platforms, including OTA Insight and Channel Manager (SiteMinder)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hospitality or e-commerce industry
- Familiar with VHP System and data analytics dashboards
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates high ethical standards in handling sensitive client and company information
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment with good communication skills.
