- GRO Mandarin Speaker (HBSD-GROM)
- FO SPV Mandarin Speaker (HBSD - FOSPV)
General requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in Chain Hotel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Guest service oriented and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities
- Familiar with Power Pro System
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
