1. Food & Beverage Manager
Aloita Resort is looking for an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations and deliver excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and F&B operations.
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage, service, and presentation.
- Lead, train, and develop the F&B team.
- Monitor food & beverage cost, inventory, purchasing, stock, and wastage.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
- Develop and maintain F&B SOPs and service standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Support promotions, special events, and guest experiences.
- Monitor F&B revenue and operational performance.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth resort operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Experience in a hotel, resort, villa, or remote property is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.
- Basic knowledge of wine and cocktails.
- Good understanding of F&B cost, inventory, purchasing, and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Hands-on, flexible, practical, and resourceful.
- Comfortable working in a remote island environment.
