1. Operational Hotel Manager
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent operational knowledge, and the ability to maintain high service standards.
General Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma from an accredited institution preferred
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong focus on exceeding guest expectations
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable hotel
- Strong leadership skill for Managerial level
- Revenue oriented
