We're hiring for Staff (PKWT) and Daily Worker (DW) below:
1. Reservation Agent (Staff / PKWT)
2. Public Area Attendant (Daily Worker)
3. Gardener (Daily Worker)
Qualifications:
- Minimum SMK or D1 Perhotelan (1,2,3)
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences with the same role in 3 or 4 star E hotel would be an advantage (1)
- Minimum 6 month experience with same role in 3 or 4 star hotel would be an advantage (2,3)
- Familiarity with Central Reservation Systems (CRS), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and basic yield management. (1)
- Strong administrative skills for handling payments, cancellations, and special guest requests accurately. (1)
- Familiar using VHP System (1)
- Fast learner and motivation to learn (1,2,3)
- Effective communications skills (1,2,3)
- Able to communicate in English written and verbal (1,2,3)
- Can join immediately (1,2,3)
