- Outlet Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in hospitality management, food & beverage management, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a cafe manager, outlet manager, or in a similar supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of cafe operations, including coffee, beverages, food service, and customer service
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to manage daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory, and stock control
- Good understanding of sales performance, cost control, budgeting, and profitability
- Familiar with POS systems, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complain professionally
- Knowledge of food & safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Preferably domiciled in Batam
