Be part of the launch of Ayatara Resort Ubud, a new and exciting hospitality destination! We are seeking talented and experienced professionals to join our team and create exceptional guest experiences. The following key positions are open:
1. Head Chef
2. Chef de Partie (CDP) Pastry and Bakery
3. Security
4. Pool Attendant
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant (1)
- Strong leadership and team development skills (1&2)
- Proven experience in menu development, food costing, and kitchen budgeting (1)
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards (1&2)
- Expertise in managing kitchen operations, inventory control, and purchasing (1)
- Strong understanding of local and international cuisine (1)
- Experience creating unique dining concepts, including romantic and destination dining experiences (1)
Manage and supervise pastry and bakery production (2)
- Minimum 2 year experience (2). Fresh graduate are welcome (3&4)
- Able to work in the team and under pressure
- Discipline, honest, and responsible
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Willing to work shifts, weekend, and holidays
