1. Has minimum 1 year experience in similar position at 4 star hotel chain
2. Amanah, has a positive work attitude, can work as team, has good communication and service oriented
3. Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills
4. Well-groomed, pleasant personality, problem solver, excellent communication and high motivation
