Bali Beach Country Club located in Nusa Dua, Bali is inviting passionate and talented individuals to be part of our pre-opening team. As we prepare to launch a dynamic hospitality concept that blends exceptional dining, wellness, and curated guest experiences, we are seeking individuals who are driven, service-oriented, and committed to excellence.
1. Human Resources Generalist
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of Learning & Development (L&D).
- Creative with strong design skills using Canva and other digital tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor law is an advantage.
