1. HR Supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Hospitality Management, Master's is a plus.
- Min. 2 years experience in HR in a Hospitality/Hotel/Villa group and exposure to Legal compliance matters.
- Experience handling multi-property operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to join immediately.
