1. Human Resources Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation
- Knowledge of Indonesian labour law, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in hospitality
- Strong proficiency in payroll, compensations & benefits
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills
- Ability to develop and deliver training, support professional development
- Proven leadership experience managing HR functions and partnering with senior management on strategic HR initiatives
- Fluency in English, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management or related field
