- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge & service
- Leadership skills in managing & driving the team motivation
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a guest-focused, professional approach
- Effective communication abilities for coordinating with team members and interacting with guests
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events, in fast-paced & mindful hospitality environment
- Attention to detail, reality, and a proactive attitude
- Spoken & written English language proactive, additional language are an advantage
