Bambu Indah is a place on earth where nature meets the Gods Located at Sayan, Ubud Bali, Currently we are looking for some great candidates to fill the following position:
1. Director of Food and Beverage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, F&B management diploma, or a related field
- Progressive F&B experience, including at least 2 years in a senior F&B leadership role (Assistant Director, Director)
- Proven track record specifically within luxury / 5 star hotel or boutique resort environments, international brand experience
- Experience managing multiple outlets (fine dining, casual dining, bars, events) simultaneously
- Genuine passion for sustainable F&B practices: farm-to-table sourcing, on-site gardens / permaculture integration, zero waste kitchen initiatives and reduction of single-use plastics
- Passion for sustainability and eco-conscious hospitality, ideally reflected in personal values, not just professional requirement
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional foreign language is a plus
