1. Finance Director BLN - HO Jakarta
Candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and/or MBA in Finance
2. Proven experience in business transformation, including financial system transitions, operational restructuring, or integration projects
3. Strong business acumen and strategic financial insights
4. 10+ years of proven experience in corporate finance
5. Exeprienced in Financial Funding
6. Accounting knowledge / experience is preferred (i.e Corporate Finance background with accounting knowledge/experience)
7. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
9. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
10. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
11. Willingness to travel based on project needs
