Profile:
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external clients
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related administrative task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and piloted presentation style
