1. Guest Service Agent
Profile:
- Indonesian citizenship is required
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related position
- Proven experience working in a five-star resort or luxury brand
- Proficient in using Property Management System (PMS), preferably opera
- Good understanding of billing processes, invoicing, and payment handling
- Flexible toward shifting and proficient in English communication
- Strong professional experience in a Butler role is a plus point.
