1. Financial Controller
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and internal controls
- Familiar with in hotel financial operations including income audit, account receivable, cost control, general cashier, and purchasing
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and financial regulation
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Ability to prepare and present financial reports to management and ownership
