1. Demi Chef de Partie
Profile:
- Indonesian citizenship
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position, preferably in a hotel or restaurant
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Understanding of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instruction from senior chefs
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good attention to detail
- Good communication skills and basic English proficiency
- Willing to be placed in Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara
