1. Farm Manager
Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
- Proven experience in farm management or agricultural operations
- Strong knowledge of crop production, livestock management, and farm operations
- Familiar with agricultural machinery, technology, and sustainable farming practices
- Good understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance
- Strong problem—solving, budgeting skills, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
- Willingness to work-outdoors and adapt to operational needs
- Willing to be placed in Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara
