1. Chef de Partie
Profile:
- Indonesian citizenship
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or reputable restaurant
- Good knowledge of food preparation cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Strong understanding food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Willing to be placed in Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara
