Requirement:
- Indonesian citizen
- Minimum 2 years experience in related role
- Has experience working in luxury brand / restaurant
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency
- Ability to manage sections with minimal supervision
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Has ability to communicate effectively in English
