Job Description:
- Manage and optimize OTA channels (Traveloka, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Ticket.com, etc)
- Handle channels manager & property management system (PMS)
- Manage room inventory, rates, promotions, and availability
- Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and provide analysis
- Coordinate with team to increase online sales and guest satisfaction
- Prepare reports on OTA performance and revenue
2. Admin
Job Description:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office documentation
- Handle Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Maintain data accuracy and filling system
- Prepare reports and administrative documents
- Coordinate with team and support operational activities
- Ensure smooth office operations and data management
