Caspar Restaurant & Lounge is looking for talented and a passionate candidate to take over the exciting position below:
1. Head Chef (to join immediately)
Being responsible for overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibiting culinary talent by personally performing task while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Working continuously improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced. Being responsible to develop, to design, and / or to create new menus and recipes based on standards with the use of high-quality products and good food presentation skills. Being responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved. A minimum of 5-years experience in a five dining western restaurant and a Bachelor degree in culinary arts are preferred. English skills is a must
