1. Assistant F&B Manager
Requirements:
- Male & Female candidate are welcome too end applications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in hospitality, food & beverage management, or related field
- Min 5 years of experience in the hotel f&b, including 3 years as a supervisor / assistant manager
- Strong knowledge of hotel restaurant operations with multiple outlets
- Target oriented with proven record to achieve f&b revenue goals & drive outlet performance
- Good command in English (spoken and written), other foreign languages will be advantage
- Understand will the benefits of social media as a f&b promotional tool
- Familiar with power pro system is more preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & comfortable with digital tools
