- Human Resource Coordinator
Requirement:
- Female
- Max. 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee administration, payroll, attendance, and HR regulations
- Able to manage employee records, recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR documentation accurately
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn with a positive attitude
- Willing to be placed in Daima Suites Margonda, Depok
