Position available:
1. Assistant Chief Accounting
Responsible:
Manages all financial operations and reporting activities, ensuring process and transaction compliance with financial SOPs, corporate procedure and applicable legal requirements. Responsible maintain healthy cash flow and profit targets by build robust internal controls analytical insight across the finance function, decision-making trough accurate and timely financial information. Provide leadership roles to the team by conduct internal audit, training, supervision and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience included 2 years as Accounting leader, supervising or leading accounting team
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred
- Solid understanding hotel accounting principles, financial reporting, tax regulation, included night audit, revenue system and departmental budgeting
- Proficiency in hotel property management system, accounting software, advanced Ms. Excel with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail with high level accuracy, professional demeanor, adaptive, ability to work dynamic circumstances and meet the deadline
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skill
