Requirements:
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication
• Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation (HACCP)
• Able to guide and train subordinates on a daily basis
• High-quality standards in all matters of food production
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Pastry skill is advantage
• Familiar with food cost, cogs and SOP
• Eager to learn and excellent leadership skills
