1. Guest Relations Officer
Requirements:
- Proven experience in guest relation or similar role in hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, caring, and service oriented personality
- Understanding of wellness concepts (yoga, spa, holistic living) is a plus
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Passion for wellness and guest care
