Qualification:
-Require of experience in a customer-facing or supervisory role within the hotel industry
- Ability to lead, motivation, and manage a diverse team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be able to handle and solve unexpected issues, complaints and emergencies. to operational
- Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional guest experience, includes handling complaints with empathy and professionalism, going extra miles to ensure guest satisfaction
- Fast-paced and requires to manage multiple tasks simultaneously such as overseeing front desk operations, handling guest requests
- Experience in a similar position is preferred
