1. Reservation
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Hospitality or Tourism
- 1-2 years experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service
- Proficient in VHP Cloud
- Knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com)
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
- Professional, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Available to join immediately.
