Requirements:
- Min 2 (two) years of experience in the similar position
- Min Bachelor’s degree in HR management / law / psychology
- Have to know about BPJS and employment regulations
- Has strong interpersonal skills, leadership skill, analytical, employee relation including labor and law
- Accustomed to deliver training, coaching, and counseling
