Requirements :
• Should have minimum 2 years in the same role and minimum diploma or bachelor degree (1,2,3,4)
• 3 years Diploma or bachelor degree in hotel management specializes in Front office department (1,3,5)
• Speak mandarin fluently and other language is preferred (1)
• Exceptional analysis and problems-solving skill (1,2,3,4,5)
• Teamwork-oriented (all)
• The ability to communicate well in English (All)
• Highly responsible and reliable (All)
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs (All)
