1. Front Desk Agent
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position, preferable from 5 star hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and a customer focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional appearance and personality
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is advantages)
- Proficient in using hotel management software (knowledge of VHP systems as desirable)
